Class rates
Classes are £6 per class paid termly 6 weeks.
I also offer 1-1 sessions at £30 after an initial assessment of £40.

About Pilates
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Pilates is named for its creator, Joseph Pilates, who developed the exercises in the 1920s. It was originally known as Contrology. Pilates first came to London in 1970 and now is widely recommended by most health professionals.

About me
Having worked in the fitness industry for over 11 years I am a qualified Level 2 and 3 Fitness Instructor teaching Body Balance (Les Mills TM) Neuro rehab, Orthopaedic Rehab, Functional Training, and Pre and Post Natal Natal Exercise. My real passion is Core Stability and Pilates. Qualified in Level 3 Pilates, teaching a modern style of matt based Pilates including small matt equipment.
